All prices are based on 2 people per night:

• Caravan/campers/motorhomes: £25 for two adults with electric hook up. No charge for awnings.
• Tents: £20 for two adults. Electric hook up is an additional £5.
• All children under 5 are free, children aged 5-17 are £3, with additional adults charged at £5 each.
• No charge for dogs but limited to two per pitch.
• Breakfast baps and packed lunch sandwiches are available for £4. Other food items are available in the Tuck Shop.

Completing the coast to coast?

Arriving either on foot or cycle, or arriving without a vehicle:-

• Solo tents: £12
• Two sharing £16
• Any extra adults in the same tent being an additional £5.

Walkers wishing to use the self contained B&B, with 2 enuite double rooms with own entrance and kitchenette. These can be booked separatley or booked as a whole unit

• £110 for a double room
• £90 single occupancy.
• £180 for sole use of the annex for two people

Booking policy

• Payments by cash, bacs, and the Visa and Mastercard.
• A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required on booking.
  • The deposit can be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
  • If the booking is cancelled 5 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £10 per booking will be made.
  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
  • If you do not arrive, and you do not notify us of your change of plans, full payment will be taken, as we are a small site and may have been able to use the pitch reserved for you.

Please note, we request that only one car per unit, as we are a green field site with only one hard standing, we wish to keep the grass in good condition. We can therefore not accommodate additional vehicles. The lane to the site is single track, and therefore can not accommodate additional cars. If a second car is required, please contact us to discuss this.

There is also no provision for charging electric cars, and charging from the hook up is not allowed. Tesco’s and Lidl in Northallerton offer this service, as do may petrol stations locally.
